Most orders are shipped within three business days Monday thru Friday.
Deliveries are made through UPS ground service to your home or business address.
Please note: We do not ship to Post Office boxes.
Returns
All items can be returned for refund within 30 days along with your receipt and the reason for the return. Please call our toll free number 1-800-767-8411 or email us at sales@cedaramerica.com for instruction and a return authorization number. Returns cannot be accepted without a return authorization number. A refund or credit for the value of your purchase will be issued, excluding shipping and handling charges.

We accept PayPal, American Express, Visa and Master card via telephone, mail, fax or our secure web site. Check are accepted prior to shipping but may add an additional seven days to the shipping schedule.
